Office Building at 27 Monument Square
Built in the very early 1980's, this 3-story (B-2) office building was built where older office and residential buildings once stood, with the common wall between it, and the TD Bank Building (very far right) is the only surviving part of the former office building in that spot.
The center entrance up front (where roof level structure is located) is not ADA compliant, but the entrance next to the bank, and a rear entry at the center, are.
At the center, there's an Otis hydraulic elevator, which has keyed access to the Basement level. One thing noted, is when it's not frequently used, the upward starts are very violent.
