Here's a ride on the nice Dover Scenic hydraulic elevator at the Herndon Monroe P&R garage in Herndon VA. The classic, staccato Dover BUZZ is featured along with the classic Dover fixtures from the 1980s -1990s.

That is a very nice elevator for a parking garage.
If they take down that unused ramp, the view would likely be a lot better as well.

Actually that ramp is used by cars and the Washington Metro 5A bus periodically. It's an exit from the P&R onto VA route 267 westbound towards Dulles airport and Loudoun county (home to McMansions/sprawl hell). The 5A only goes to Dulles, most of the cars are to Loudoun and even West Virginia-bound.
