City Hall, Leominster, Massachusetts, USA. Built in 1915, this version of City Hall was built, when the town officially became a city. One of the Town Hall buildings stood on that very spot, as it burned down the same year it was built. The building contains office space in the front third of this Greek Revival building, with a relatively grand staircase at it's end. On the landing between the basement and first floor, is an exit that was added later on, which leads to a gangplank that accesses the parking lot. The other two-thirds of the building is Tata Hall, a very beautiful auditorium where many plays, concerts, and larger municipal events (polling) takes place. Over time, though, office space slowly took over the rear of this hall, from a few extra offices on the first floor, new offices placed on what used to be the balcony on the second floor, and on the corner closest to that gangplank entry, the elevator.
