Simon Malls Opened in 1989, Pheasant Lane Mall was an upscale shopping center just over the Massachusetts border, which is very popular, especially with cities and town near the mall on the Massachusetts side (no sales tax in New Hampshire). Within a few months, the building was condemned for violent shaking and loud gorans. Engineers reopened the mall a few weeks later, finding no safety issues. As the mall settled over the years, the noise went, and the shaking was minimal (not sure if the mall shutdown was rumor, but there was a stability/shaking problem). Currently, the shaking is gone, outside of pedestrian traffic.
